1 out of 5 starsAfter weeks of letting me wait, the seller finally answered me, that the dress had not yet been shipped to me, and asked me to confirm, whether I still wished to receive the dress, or if I’d prefer a refund. I confirmed, that I still wished to receive the dress , and the seller responded, she would immediately ship the dress to me now. Then: again nothing happened! When again I contacted her and asked her, if she had now finally shipped the dress to me, she now, it seems, initiated a refund to me and then messaged me, that she thinks, for postage with tracking cost reasons, she feels unable to ship the dress to me. This, I feel,is not fair towards me and not, what a customer deserves
